Thanks to my buddy and fellow pastor, Glen Robinson, I have been basking in all the goodness that is the “Stonetree” album by Josh Garrels. Twelve-tracks of some of the best “recorded-in-a-bedroom” music I think I’ve ever heard.
Hailing from Indiana, Garrels calls this album an album “which was heavily beat influenced, with elements of folk, spirituals, hip-hop, and spoken word.”
My favorite track is #2 – a continual praise in that it’s only lyric is “Alleluia” over and over again. Surprisingly, Garrels has made this track available for download via this link.
I enjoy track #3 very much because of it’s hip-hop influence.

You mentioned track 3 “New Day”. I have been trying to get ahold of track three and four; New Day and Moving Along. When you buy the album now, those two tracks have been omitted due to copyright issues on the samples used in the songs. Is there any way I can get those two tracks from you. It would be greatly appreciated. My email is arsonist.83@gmail.com Thank you
