Tonight Jess and I joined the Halt family (Rich & Jaymie) and the Garrett family (Mom & Dad) for an evening of dinner and a movie!
Dinner at Logan’s – very nice.
Movie at THE RAVE – “The Greatest Game Ever Played” (review eventually – gut reaction: kind of like watching golf on television – makes you “need” to get out and play for real)
A great time was had by all of course. We also enjoyed dessert at Krispy Kreme (did you know they no longer give a “free sample” when the donuts are hot?!?! I have sent my comment card to HQ already) as well as a stop at the Coldstone Creamery for the Halt family’s “needs”. Bless their hearts.
Seriously, it was great to get out of town and enjoy an evening out with my family!

Sleeping in tomorrow (it’s 20-til 2!) and then getting up to ready ourselves for an afternoon wedding at the church.
