Pastor J is picking me up at 5:50AM for a men’s breakfast and then we’re off to our local ministerial meeting at 7. Wednesdays should NEVER start that early – especially when I’ll be at theBOX past 9 tomorrow night! I’m gonna have to find time to nap during the day just to make it through the day! Good thing we have comfy rows of chairs in the sanctuary, huh?
Enjoyed an evening out with my buddy Mark Alber tonight. The conversation on the way to and from Fort Wayne made the evening less difficult to be away from my beautiful wife and daughter. Ella was excited to have me home tonight after a long day of barely any Daddy-time. Her new “thing” is saying “HI!” to everyone and everything that she comes in contact with. Absolutely amazing.
A loving “Hi” to Ella from Grandma Sally … and hello to all of her friends she is now newly finding with her discovering “Hi’s”!
I am a bit concerned about her potentially being too friendly to everyone! She will be always protected – I am confident!
Ella, did your Daddy tell you that we are going to go fishing when you come?! What fun! Even if it rains!
We’re all going fishing?
hahahaha
Hey Jess, you may even learn how to put worms on the fishing hook all by yourself! Believe it or not, my dad taught me how to do this when I was just a little girl.
Ella says hi so clearly now! Blesses my heart big-time!! Sally, Ella does get this saying hi honest. Possibly from her mommy. Jessica talked at a very early age(before age 1 1/2) and said hi to everyone all of the time. It was a real social affair taking her to the grocery store because she would continue to say hi to all who passed her as she sat in the grocery cart.(and sometimes twice if they didn’t acknowledge her) But her dad and I were always there to protect her if needed.
