While we were in Orlando we received a gift from a very special family in our church.

The gift was their old furniture to use in our basement! We had sent out a request for some basement-furniture via e-mail a few months ago and they replied quickly telling us that they were upgrading and would give us their old stuff including a loveseat, couch, and two recliners! We couldn’t wait!

When we got home yesterday we quickly ran down to the basement to see the furniture they had dropped off while we were out-of-state.

Boy were we surprised!

Little did we know that the furniture downstairs was MUCH nicer/newer than the furniture we had in our own living room! This evening I had the help of Eric Parsons to bring the couch and loveseat upstairs and the ‘old stuff’ back downstairs!

Come try out our new furniture!

Dear friends (church family at Our Saviour’s Wesleyan), Thank you for taking such an invested interest in our children and for sharing as you have with them! The furniture IS great!! I had an idea that they would feel it needed to be upstairs when they saw it! I was right! God is so good!

So glad that you all are home safe and sound (well according to what I hear -I am able to hear- you may not hear much sound anymore after that convention of NOISE)!! Poor Ella, she will be deaf before she is a teen!!

    Love,
    Momma/Grandma

(Hey, I am considering to DETERMINE my OWN Grandparent name – everyone rolls their eyes or drops their jaw or both – when we tell them that we still are waiting to be called what Ella will call us! I have thought of an interesting one!)
