Try Echinachea (at least ask the doctor about taking it)!
I have been and I didn’t get a flu shot this year, and so far the flu bug has not been adhesive to me! I also started your Dad on it just recently when he began to show symptoms of early ‘gunk’ and so far he has been saved too (he did get a flu shot early in November)!
I agree with you Sally. Echinachea does work. As a matter of fact, I used to give Jessica and Jaymie echinachea when they had colds as children. I bought it for them in liquid form from the health food store. Scott and I have taken it in tablet form also.
I wouldn’t say I completely buy that it’s a farce, any doctor would tell you that taking your vitamins (obviously along with a healthy lifestyle) can and will prevent colds. Airborne is just vitamins in a massive dose. Don’t go on a witch hunt just yet.

I hear smearing peanut butter on your uvula prevents the common cold. Try it!
