I captured a few key moments from this momentous day in the Sheets clan. We are SO proud of our Ella!
My favorite part of this video is near the end when Ella changes gears and asks about what Ezra did all day. Her genuine concern for her brother is no act – she is as sincere as they come!
THIS, has brought great emotion from deep within me and yes, I am crying! PapPaw has red eyes, too!
What a girl! What a sweet brother encouraging his sister of doing a good job even after he missed her so deeply! What a good day for Ella to have enjoyed it all! What good parents who did NOT forget to pick her up from school! What good capturing and editing! What a great God who loves us all!
Absolutely I LOVED her response when she spoke of what she was going to do right after the surprise of supper out, once she got home!!!! She made me and PapPaw burst in laughter!! Her tenderness in concern for Ezra and his spots on his chest…got me big time!!
Our love is huge for her! Huge for you all!
Thank you for this!!!!!
Love and prayers,
Mom and Dad
Oh thank you Stevan for uploading this video so we could see our favorite little kindergartener!!!! Ella is so precious and her joy and enthusiasm is so special to watch. I’m so glad that she enjoyed her first day of school so much and is looking forward to tomorrow and the next day etc… It is so wonderful that you and Jessica and Ezra made this day for Ella a very special one to remember. I loved how she put her hands over her mouth in great surprise when hearing you were going to celebrate her with even another surprise in her honor and go out to eat together as a family. No wonder sweet Ella has such a confident and good outlook about life. She has such a wonderful mommy and daddy who have given her the blessing and have taught her so well.
I’m so glad you had such a wonderful day in school Ella Bella! Papaw and I are so proud of YOU!!!
Love,
Grandma Lee Ann
I am sorry to say that I haven’t met dear Ella. But, I feel we could be dear friends. When I first heard her speak, as her Daddy woke her up for her first day of Kindergarten, I immediately saw her Great-Grandmother, Ruth in her. Mrs. Miller was full of expression as she spoke, and I can see that same expression in Ella. It would have thrilled Mrs. Miller to know this. Ella has a deep concern and love for people that is genuine and real. Imagine what Ella can do for the Lord, when this gift is nurtured and encouraged to grow. She is definately called of God to do something mighty for Him. I praise the Lord for her wonderful and very loving parents. How refreshing to hear how they communicate with her. I have really enjoyed your video, and my favorite part was when she heard there was a “surprise.” Don’t all children love surprises! And I was sad to hear Ezra didn’t get a lollipop. I hope Mommy made up for that one. Lollipops are very important. : ) Thank you for sharing your video of Ella’s special day.
Love in Christ,
Debbie
